What We Do to Make a Difference

  • Free Meditation Classes: We regularly host free meditation sessions in London, helping people find peace and balance in their daily lives.

  • Giving to Families in Need: We distribute second-hand children's clothes and toys to families, bringing smiles to little ones and relief to parents.

  • Supporting the Homeless: Our team prepares and delivers thoughtful gift bags with essentials to those experiencing homelessness in London, showing care and compassion.

  • Sponsoring Education: We provide school fees for children in Nepal and India, giving them the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a brighter future.

  • Supporting Monasteries and Nunneries: We assist young children and adults placed in nunneries and monasteries who lack financial support, ensuring they can continue their spiritual and educational journeys.

  • Helping Families in Crisis: Ad hoc help: for example we supported an unemployed mother and her young family in the UK by covering their food shopping expenses during a difficult time.

Together, we’re creating a ripple of kindness that transforms lives. Join us in making an impact!
